Mariani has been in the real estate industry for quite a while, by leveraging her architectural background and academic qualifications. After graduating with a degree in Architecture in 2003, she applied her design skills as an interior designer for Telkomsel outlets. In 2006, Mariani transitioned into the development side of the industry by joining Jababeka Cikarang’s Project Development department. This move marked the beginning of her extensive experience in various real estate sectors.

Mariani further bolstered her expertise by pursuing a postgraduate degree in Planning and Real Estate. Upon completion in 2008, she immediately dove into practical application, contributing to a housing development project.  In the same year, she broadened her perspective with a stint in the research division of Cushman & Wakefield.

Since 2009, Mariani has focused on real estate advisory services.  She joined MOhome Property in Bali before moving to RES Advisory in 2011.  Throughout her tenure at RES Advisory, Mariani has been involved in numerous projects across Indonesia.  The projects include mixed-use developments in Greater Jakarta and Yogyakarta, resort developments in Bali, industrial estates in Makassar, housing projects in Kendari, and a resort complex in Papua.
