Year: 2019-2020

  • Challenges from the limited land area.
  • Existing structure and a preserved building façade.
  • Competitive hotel market in Bandung city center with other hotels already targeting the similar segment.

  • A 4-star boutique hotel with 84 rooms, consists of 3 room categories.

  • Attractive interior and exterior concept is expected to provide uniqueness, positioning itself slightly above competitors.
  • In relation to preserve the existing building at the front, the architectural and interior designs of the new building need to consider the suitability of both buildings’ concepts.
  • Increased FF&E budget in the financial projection to achieve the suitable concept for the boutique hotel.
