Regawa boasts 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, from both advisory and development sectors. His career trajectory includes valuable experience at Intelligent Space Partnership (Atkins Group) in London, Cushman & Wakefield, and a local Indonesian real estate group. Regawa had led the RES Advisory team for nearly a decade before successfully transitioning them to Deloitte Financial Advisory, where he served as the Real Estate Director. In 2023, he made a strategic return to RES to deepen his impact on real estate clients in Indonesia.

Leveraging his architectural background and extensive financial expertise, Regawa possesses a comprehensive understanding of all facets of real estate development, including design, construction, marketing strategies, and financial decisions. He boasts a proven track record in feasibility studies, highest & best use analysis, asset optimization, and other strategic advisory services. He has contributed to nearly 200 projects across diverse property sectors in Indonesia, including apartments, shopping centers, hotels/resorts, office towers, hospitals, universities, and more. His financial services experience further complements his skillset, encompassing M&A, asset valuation, share valuation, and corporate strategy.

Regawa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Bandung, and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School, London.
