Regawa Paramasiddi
Director
Regawa has 20 years of experience in real estate industry, from advisory to real estate development. He had worked for Intelligent Space Partnership (Atkins group) in London, before returning to Jakarta and joining Procon Indah. He has also worked at Cushman & Wakefield, and was also a Development Director for a local real estate group. Regawa led RES Advisory for almost 10 years, before he became the Real Estate Director for Deloitte Financial Advisory, taking the whole RES team along with him. In 2023, he returned to RES to bring more meaningful impact to real estate clients in Indonesia.
With his architecture background and strong exposure in financial, he has the comprehensive ability to understand various issues that are involved in a real estate development, from design, construction, marketing strategy, to financial.
Regawa has experience in market research study, feasibility study, highest & best use study, or other strategic advisory works for almost 200 real estate projects in Indonesia in various sectors, from apartments, shopping centres, hotels/resorts, office towers, hospitals, universities, and others. His experience in financial service includes M&A, asset valuation, share valuation, and corporate strategy.
Rega has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Bandung) and an MSc in Real Estate Investment (Bayes Business School, London)
